Overview
The views to Ithaca, the birthplace of Odysseus are truly magnificent and the garden backs straight onto the beach with a small gravel path leading directly to the sea a real luxury not often found. Karovomilos is a smart little town with a selection of tavernas shops and bars, a short distance along the coast is the pretty harbour of Agia Efimia and in the opposite direction is the bustling port of Sami both Just a short 5 minute drive away.
The villa has a large open plan living / dining area with high vaulted ceilings leading to a modern fully equipped kitchen with every convenience.
The master bedroom is large and airy with an en-suite bathroom. bedroom 2 is a twin room and bedroom 3 is another double there are another 2 large fully tiled modern bathrooms, all rooms are air conditioned and have doors leading directly to the pool deck.
The property has an 8 x 4 swimming pool and a large brick built BBQ for those alfresco dining moments, with plenty of outdoor furniture to eat at and relax in.
Villa Frydi does have an 4th bedroom to accommodate larger parties this room is opened on request and will attract a surcharge.
Plenty of shade is provided by two large cantilevered umbrellas over the sitting and dining areas with a further 3 mobile umbrellas if you require a respite from the sun whilst around the pool.
Set in large private grounds with mature olive trees and accessed via an electric gate with secure parking.
To conclude, An extremely private villa built to the highest standards offering the very best in luxury private villa rental, having rented my own and manged numerous villas for a variety of clients I can honestly say this is the standard all private villa rental should aspire to.
