“We spent two incredible weeks at Villa Lithia, and it was perfect for our family of four. The villa offers breathtaking 180° sea views, with two nearby islands and the mainland visible in the distance—every room frames this stunning panorama.
The property is beautifully maintained, with secure private gates, ample parking, and a serene, private setting. The main villa features two bedrooms with quiet air conditioning, two modern bathrooms, and a spotless, fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a separate garden annex—bright, airy, and ideal for additional guests.
The private pool is a great size and not overlooked, perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play freely. We loved dining on the shaded terrace, taking in the incredible views morning and evening.Just a five-minute drive away, a charming village offers great restaurants, a café serving breakfast and coffee, and a couple of supermarkets. Several stunning beaches are within 15–20 minutes, each a beautiful, secluded cove.

Often you find the photos of a holiday home you have rented via the internet disappoint. But not Villa Lithia. It was the opposite. The villa, pool and little guest house (perfect for our 18 year old) are more charming and larger than we expected. But it is the views from the property that really do wow you. Every morning, we had coffee on the upper floor balcony and welcomed the priceless sunrise. The pool area is very clean, and the pool attendant comes every day to keep it as it was on day one. The Greek housekeeper was lovely . She changed our linen and bath towels on every visit which was unexpected. The Villa is in walking distance to the village of Maggonos for great restaurants and groceries. Also, there is a downhill walk-through forest to the town of Fiskardo. Since we have returned, I recommended it to family and friends. We would love to return if the owner will have us. Happy holidays! 😊

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Lithia.
The villa was very well appointed, but most of our time was spent outside. There were several seating areas, depending if you wanted sun or shade.
Our favourite was to sit on the front veranda under the pergola. The view is spectacular over the sea to the other islands. Good fun was to watch the yachts coming and going out of Fiscardo.
The pool, of course was a winner with our two young children. My parents accompanied us and stayed in the Guest House which gave them privacy and space.
Our best was waking up to the sound of the goat bells in the morning.
We will definitely return!

Bob was great from start to finish organised our hire car and a few restaurant reservations. Villa was great for our family of 5 large grounds big pool and nice and private, 10 minute walk to Maganos for some great tavernas and a well stocked mini mart. Would have given a 5 but nothings perfect.

What a fantastic holiday we had. Bob, our host, was easy to deal with and very responsive to emails. He very kindly sorted our car hire out too. The villa was in a fantastic location with a superb taverna at the end of the road. The villa was close to Fiskardo and in easy reach of Assos and other beautiful bays. It was very clean with amazing views and facilities. We miss it already and would love to return.

Can’t fault this property at all! The indoor outdoor flow is perfect. The views are wonderful. The herds of goats with their bells walking in front the house everyday are a perfect touch on top! Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need in terms of cooking and drinking. Super clean with mid cleaning done as well. We stayed here with our 4 children and didn’t once feel like we were on top of each other. Lots of room and space for all. Great location as close to Fiscardo but not close enough to experience any noise. Only slight annoyance is having to buy everything for the kitchen, from salt and pepper to washing up liquid etc. We’ve stayed in many villas before and they let you leave what you’ve bought for the next people. Super handy when you arrive with the basics but then realise you also need to go get some salt or oil. Overall we were really happy. Secure. Comfortable. Lovely views. Quiet. Would happily stay here again and again!

This is such a peaceful place with amazing views. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was great. It’s the perfect place to unwind and watch the swooping swallows or listen to the goat bells and watch them as they amble across the hillside. A car is a must and we enjoyed driving across the island to explore Assos and Fiskardo. Lovely food and wine. We’ll be back!

The ‘blue and white’ (as our 2 year old called them) walking trails start at the doorstep and are all over. They are a great way to get about if you don’t want to drive. The location of Cyprus Villa is amazing. The view of the sun rising over Ithaki was one of the most beautiful images ever. The property was perfect, the beds comfortable, with each bedroom with its own special character. Clean and with everything you could need for your stay. The outdoor area is superb, pool a prefect size for fun and the outdoor furniture great for relaxing. Perfectly placed for exploring the island and popping down to Fiskardo for an evening meal. This is an amazing villa. Bob was very helpful during the booking process and answered all our questions. We would very much recommend this as a place for an amazing holiday. Everyone was very welcoming and the island was beautiful. This lovely villa with its amazing views helped create our amazing holiday .

A great property if you’re looking for a very peaceful spot to relax. Easy access to various shops, beaches and Fiskado is also very close, although a car is a must as everything requires a short drive given the property is quite isolated. We thoroughly recommend Jerusalem beach for the super beach and Odysseus Taverna. Points to note are that the cleaner comes in midweek which we didn’t think was necessary and the pool man visited three times and at 8.20 on our last morning which again wasn’t ideal. Also make sure you bring beach towels as there weren’t many (2!) at the Villa. Overall a very relaxing week indeed. Super hot!
